@Who’s Who (Rainbows)

Each child in Rainbows @ St Silas has their own Key Person. Your child’s Key Person will observe your child’s learning processes closely, and will plan personalised, challenging and stimulating learning activities based on their individual stage of development, their needs and their interests. Your child’s Key Person will also work closely with you as parent/carer to offer advice and strategies for you to support your child’s learning at home.  The Key Person role is fundamental to the care and education of your child as it will be the person that your child and you have a special relationship with, particularly at the beginning as they support with attachment and transition into the setting and between rooms.
