At Rainbows @ St Silas, we are passionate about children’s learning. We want each and every child to have a fun, happy and active time with us, and this is reflected in the learning experiences that we design for our children. Below you will find information about the Early Years areas of learning and development and how we deliver our curriculum in Rainbows @ St Silas. The intent is that we deliver a broad range of engaging, purposeful, challenging experiences to enable our vision to be fulfilled that our children become ‘competent communicators and lifelong learners’. Our Early Years Curriculum ensures babies and children learn through high-quality play (child initiated and adult led) including life enriching experiences such as weekly musical and physical movement sessions, Forest School sessions and regular visits to the Children’s Centre and library.
